If you can pay then you can have 3mbps ADSL or maybe 2mbps leased line which is super stable from ETL.

See their websites for more details.

You gotta be kidding me Brother Isarn, U.S.A. not even on the top 5 countries that have fastest Internet Services. you said that '' Isarn got 16 mbs= Magabyte per second.. ha.ha.ha... In your dream Brother, The end of the last year, i was google around to see whom really has the fastest Internet Services..  Right now, the fastest Internet Services in the world right now is South- Korea, and Japan, ......In South Korea, has down load speed of 100 mbps, But you can get around 29.9 in most Home.. .. In Japan,  you can get around top 80mbps, In UK, the maximum is 8-10 mbps.  so, In all Eroupeans countries, i think Sweden has the fastest Internet Service. But doesn't come close to South Korea.. as for U.S.A.. We got only 9.9-10mbps.. the fastest Services is in Rhode Island and Marryland, number one and number two...all the rest might get around 7-8 mbps depend on what you have, Either thru- cable or Phoneline... so as for our lovely country ''LAOS'' We pretty lucky that you can get 1.5 or something at Home.. at government Department probably can get around 3mbps. Don't forget we still new in this Technology... so, anybody know something new Please add it up....Please don't quote me on this, Who know China might have the fastest Internet Services last night....
