  Yes , They have done all the time if the government, mission and welfare food program and medical don't give them the help that they suppose to get. Yes , the people can not eat the freedom of speech and demonstration but to let the world know that they need help and something need to be changed that is the value to be human that is to have their voices to be heard . It is better than the people in North Korea who have no right to do so but to laid down and die . Stop deluding yourself. If the system is good , China would never change 360 degree from hating capitalism to love capitalism and allowing private business and investors in China.If the system is really working the Soviet Union would never collapsed and the Berlin wall would never been torn down .  I am not Korean but I talk because I am just another human being and call for help for the north Korean could not talk for himself . There are many poor people in every where on earth but to poor be and have the freedom, democracy and the human being right and the opportunity must be more better than poor and have no freedom and starving to death.No need to go deeply in the every countries internal political affair as you are training to debate  and to propaganda and to cover up . Let the truth speak for itself.Let make the story short. What the people want are to good jobs , good education system, good medical system , good justice system, country to be well developed and equal opportunity and the system that North Korea , Cuba and Laos is not working.The corruption must be stop and give the opportunity the well highly educated and intelligent person who is willing to sacrifice and dedicate his life to server the people and the country and lead the country to the right direction. So the people will be well educated and become the skill workers which is the way to get the people out from poverty and help to transform the country from undeveloped country to developed country. No need to confront with you any more if you are still hard head  not listen, see and care about the well being of the people.

 The  truth is  the people in north Korea are starving to death . No need to point the finger at the poor people in the US . The United States spend trillions and trillions of dollars on the American people on welfare,food stamp program, housing, medical care , education, pension , social security , disease research  unlike China spend very little money on the Chinese people . The country could be rich but the people are still suffering, only the dictators and the members of their party and their families have the good living.  The poor in the US , they have the right to complain and ask for help .What the poor people in North Korea  can not any thing but to suffer and die. The leader who is elected by the people, will never care about the people but himself. The system is really make the different.The United States is not a perfect country but it is the land of the opportunity any body who have the dream and want to pursue their dreams and make it come true.Even there are many people in the world  hate the United states but there are millions and millions of people in every part of the world still want to come to live in the United states, not because the United States is the better place to live and the safe country to live in but because of the democracy the right to vote for the president and the person whom they  trust and what they believe in and the important is freedom and the human being right. Do you know the homeless people in the U.S. are not dying from starving like the North Korean people. You couldn't even compare the poor North Korean to the homeless in the U.S. 

Are the poor in North Korean having enough food to survive? Are they have medical treatment to save their lives when they got sick or illness? Do they have freedom to protest their govt. to change thing to what they want?

In America, the homeless people have the right to protest their govt and have same right opportunity with all the Americans. They have enough food for survive and they have medical treatment when they got sick or illness.

The American people don't let American homeless are starving to death like North Korea govt. have done to its people, please understand that.

 Yes I have to agree with brother above me, you can't compare americans homelees to North Korean homelees. americans homelees have a shelter in every town and budget by a local government as well as throughout the country but these homelees have their choices either go to shelter or on the street and most of pick the street. Why street ? because they have freedom to do whatever they want, drink, smok, sleep any corners they want. but if, if they go to the shelter they have to follow the shelter policy that's why. if you don't believe me, come on down I'll take you tour the City of New York. Manhattan, Queen, Broklyn and time square. believe me I know what I'm talking about.
