i don't think it was an accident. because it burned down only where they are going to make the new shopping mall. also my friend told me that the firefighters said let it burn we can't do anything about it. so that's made think it was not an accident.
i can't say it now because i don't know haha!!! there was a big fire burned at thakhek market a few ago, it wasn't an accident.. some ppls at the market had some conflict and they wanted to take revenge .... at that luang case, probably the same, or maybe not.. let;s see the investigation.
