Is he Laotian? Even though he speaks Lao fluently, his name doesn't sound like is a Lao name? I'm very happy to see what he did for Lao children , but I was not too please to see all those trees were choped up and sold for money to use in funding for Lao children's education etc... I hope he can find other source of income to continue funding for those children who are the future of our country. You did an exellent job! Mr. General Chen.
