what in the world is " Mak Kon" I've nerver heard of it, is it some kid of fruit?
Btw people normally do put lime & tomatoes in their tom maak hoong ( papaya salad )
especialy cherry / grape tomatoes, so where have you been all this time? You seemed like you've just knew how to either eaten or make this kind of salad only since yester day!biggrin

Those biceps I tom maak hoong looks soooo delicious! especially the time he put into squeezing the lemon in that papaya salad, one piece at a time instead of cut it in half so he only have 2 pieces to deal with and that's time saving and with his gorgeous biceps he can definitely squeezed the heck out of that darn lemon biggrinbiggrin.
TQ for the recipe I'll try making your way the next when I make papaya saladwink

>>" Mak Kon"

i think when you hear the word said out loud you will probably know it.
it is something best known for use probably in making tam mak houng [papaya salad].

it's the size of cherry tomato and looks kinda green to me.
it has hard seed and gives a sour taste.

i have found it only in the freezer section at the grocery. confuse
