(KPL) Switzerland gave 2.4 billion kip to the Lao government to enable it to lay the ground work for application to become a full-fledged member of World Trade Organisation (WTO). Lao-economy's growth 6-7% per years, and you telling me that they(PDR) don't have a money to pay for the (Fee) to get into the WTO organization !!!!!!! What a joke ??  C'm on, i'm not looking down on my own birthplace ok. Oh man, i lost my word....
