Vietnam claims their city The Far-East Pearl ???

Have a look at this video in youtube too, they are building this new city now, co-orporation with Singapour, Binh Duong the new city, near Hanoi.

those buildings look like they can belong in a more developed country like USA.

i wonder how much would it would cost to live and work in and around a nice city like those in the video. confuse

According to Forbes Magazine , Saigon - Ho Chi Minh City is the 10th most expensive city in Asia , even more luxury than bangkok , Kuala Lumpur and Manila .

But according to Prachit Sayavong ( from Lao's government ) stated, Lao using 90% of Thailand port, and only 10% Vietnam port.

Come on man............don't lie to me..
When it comes to industrialization, civilization of the country and so on, no other country beat usa. Japan & Germany come very close to it. What u see in this vdo clip is just beginning of developing country that's all. They just woke up. There are 3 steps in developing nations:
USA on the top 3
Japan & Germany on 2.8
England, France,Italy,Spain,Canada,Australia, Korea,Taiwan on 2
China, India, Brazil,Russia on 1.8
Thailand, Philippine, Malaysia on 1
Lao still on 0 scale or should I say a basement level.

Yeah.....Laos is starting to develop too.

It may not be what you & I need though.

They start out w/Casinos, Gulf Clubs etc.

Rather than building more Roads, School, Hospitals and other important infrastructures.
