According to the Laos Land law, the person or company whom will use the land for industry,the person and company must meet the following requirement:

Article 29, the regulation of Using industrial land in Laos

1 Person or company must get the permission from the department of industry and handicraft (now it is called department of industry and commerce)

2. Get the permission from the local land department ( Fang Muang)

3. Do not harm the people, environment and public

4. Must re-pave the land after the lend is expired or after the project is completed.

As for my self, i don't really feel anything at all, Because some Siamese(Not all) did say all these kindda thing for over hundred of years or so . So i'm not really surprise at all that it' past down to the next generation of the Siamese kids. But, one thing we as laotians have to understand, Not all (Siamese thais) look down on our people. there's a lot of good thais out there still care about Laos, Lao people, please don't put all thai people on the same boat. and please use our head to criticize some arrogant, haughty (over educated, i don't like to use the word no educate because uneducated people don't say this kinda thing, period)...

Yeahh he's lao, but lao-Esarn. not lao in Laos. Oh by the way, he/she need to do some homework before say something untruce, like 95% lao women works as a prostitutes. yes, i acknowledged that there's some lao-grils works as prostitutes in thailand , but very small percentages. i don't know where this person got information. if you are educated as you alway claim to be, please do your homework. google around your goverment websites, especially the labor or trade department. look at it, how the immigrant workers help put out your export, either illegal or not, they were contributed to your economics growth.

jek in Bangkok have no home, so they steal Tai Lao, Khmer,and Malay land. They are inferior. By insulting us, Jek feel better about being chased from their homeland by the communist Chinese.

Lao people are better off with Vietnam. Strenghten Lao army, and go kill some Jek in Bangkok. But first Lao people must go thru the brainwashed Thai(ISan), before getting to Jek Thai(Fake Thai).

With all due respect to a person who wrote( laotomlao), i don't think, it was written by lao. But by the thai-esarn, he wrote in thai language but lao-SumNieng that's why.

The faster Lao people all over the distance themselves from Thai. Either it be Jek, or Isan the better. F U CK Thai people, what ever ethnic they are.

sorry for bad words from the one who said he is Thai. Poor Thais(most of Thais) were looked down also. He judge people from money. Thailand has many social problems right now, failure in family and education system. We create many pollute people in our country, not only environmental pollution. That guy is an example of pollute people.

I think different. I come here because I impressed Laos. I had visited Vientiane five year ago. I felt like I back home when I was young. People are nice, any thing look like my home town which different from nowadays and cannot turn back. My family(grand pa and grand ma) could live without money, everything from nature.

6.5 millions people for large land area and fertilized soil, nature. You are not poor.

I see only 2-3 bad comments about Laos but there 40-50 good comments about Laos from Thai.
