Dear all visitors,

I think it is time to set up rules and regulations for Samakomlao website, so that all visitors can have guidelines to follow and not to break the rules. 

Here are some rules that I am now thinking of.

1) Do not use impolite words or phrases in the webboard, shout box, quick shout, etc...of Samakomao website.

2) Do not use Samakomlao to be the place to attrack government or a person you dislike.

3) Do not post nude or pornographic photos, or add link to pornography sites on Samakomlao website

4)Do not post sensitive topics that may cause harm or troubles to other people/organization/countries/religions, etc...

5) Do not post topic that is very personal to the main webboard. The topics that are very personal, and have no benefit to the people in overall, should be posted at the sub webboard, such as at the Free message board.

6) Do not post the title in Lao/or Thai language in the main webboard. If you want to post topic in Lao, go to Pasalao webboard. English and Lao language are the official languages for Samakomlao website

7) Do not post the links that trying to promote your own website using Samakomlao website. You can promote your website by posting the new news you have on your website and the links should go directly to the topic, not the main pages.

8) Please do help Samakomlao to post news, photos, links, etc... that you think the topic is good for discussion and will benefit the people in overall. Please also help us find photos or related items to decorate the news

8) The person who broke the rules and regulation of Samakomlao website will be warned for two times, if the person still not obey the rule, he/she will be ban forever.

If you can think about other rules and regulation that you think I should add to the list, please post them here.
