someone don't respect the rule

here below are the regulation of this website, but someone is still breaking the rule.  Please give a yellow or red card to someone who breaks the rule please

for example"  Laoser man always break the rule, specially the rule no 1,4.. please consider it and check with that person comment against lao. if you can't ban him, please give us his Ip address, I will track him.

Dear all visitors,

I think it is time to set up rules and regulations for Samakomlao website, so that all visitors can have guidelines to follow and not to break the rules. 

Here are some rules that I am now thinking of.

1) Do not use impolite words or phrases in the webboard, shout box, quick shout, etc...of Samakomao website.

2) Do not use Samakomlao to be the place to attrack government or a person you dislike.

3) Do not post nude or pornographic photos, or add link to pornography sites on Samakomlao website

4) Do not post sensitive topics that may cause harm or troubles to other people/organization/countries/religions, etc...

5) Do not post topic that is very personal to the main webboard. The topics that are very personal, and have no benefit to the people in overall, should be posted at the sub webboard, such as at the Free message board.

6) Do not post the title in Lao/or Thai language in the main webboard. If you want to post topic in Lao, go to Pasalao webboard. English and Lao language are the official languages for Samakomlao website

7) Do not post the links that trying to promote your own website using Samakomlao website. You can promote your website by posting the new news you have on your website and the links should go directly to the topic, not the main pages.

8) Please do help Samakomlao to post news, photos, links, etc... that you think the topic is good for discussion and will benefit the people in overall. Please also help us find photos or related items to decorate the news

8) The person who broke the rules and regulation of Samakomlao website will be warned for two times, if the person still not obey the rule, he/she will be ban forever.

If you can think about other rules and regulation that you think I should add to the list, please post them here. 

Your kind contribution and support to this website will make our Samakoml become bigger and stronger. I do try my best to make this place a better place for all.

Thanks for posting this topic, Footballer. Another member who breaks the rules is Lao Isan. Please webmaster if you can't ban Laoser and Lao Isan, then show us their ip addresses here. If they keep going on posting further insultive comments on Laos, I'm pretty sure that this will cause endless hatred between these two countries, Laos and Thailand. 

Hope you don't forget your own rules and regulations, Webmaster.

born as an ape is better than being born as a lao. true fact

sick ass laos love poops so much LOL

top 3 of the world poorest LOL

what about loa american vs other asian american? nevermind, we all know loa will be at the bottom he..he..he..he he

for not being a loa, i am already above you!!

can we test a few nuke on lao? he he he

jealous lao should worry about thier poor country before worrying about its neighbor!

dont blane on your neighbors when in reality lao are just lazy people!

Can somebody tell me where this blog is based in? Is this Lao or Thai blog?
It is obvious that the Webmaster's already read Laoser's rude comments but for a god sake, can somebody tell me why the Webmaster hasn't banned him or not even done anything with him? 

Laoser should get warned by now. All his comments, when I said all, I mean all of his comments are rude, insultive, an sensitive for the two countries, Laos and Thailand. Or if this is a purpose of this blog, then I'm speechless. This blog is meant to insult Laos. 

Please Webmaster, please tell me one reason why you still keep Laoser as a member. For any members who are Lao, please spread the word.

 Thank you very much Webmaster. We will keep reporting you if there are any members posting negative comments that can cause a conflict or hatred among the countries.

The members who like posting rude comments need to be eliminated; they make this blog look bad. You did the right thing, Webmaster.
