He's not an Admiral as you posted. The article refered him as a Commander, which is equivalent to Lt. col in the army or phun tho in Lao. There is Lao of the same rank in US Navy as well.. Nevertheless, i admire him and anyone who is willing to sacrifice himsef for the sake of the country.
