Why you guys worry about this Viet-Thai guy?

He has never mentioned himself as he's Lao even his dad is Lao guy from Thanaleng and his mom is Vietnamese woman from Ban Khuadinh Vientiane Laos. His parents were refuge from Vientiane to KhoneKaen Thailand just before the falling of Vientiane to the Lao Communist part in the early 75's.
