The Stael jet fighters and bombers including steal unman predator flew all over Pakistan for many nights, maybe months to practice their missions to kill Osama bin laden and the Pakistani military never knew about it until the mission finished and the helicopter crashed. So the US might fly over and drop the Navy Seals in any countries without any body knew about it . It is the same with the submarine to sneak in any country to send the Navy Seals for their missions.

Some military Hi tech is not for sell and the Chinese prefer to copy better than to pay for it just like almost every things , copy the jet fighter bomber and aircraft carrier technology and spy satellite from US and Russia ...instead of spending billions of dollars and years in research .
