We could see the different between North Korea and South Korea economy and development. North Korean people are starving to death right now but the South Korea became very rich country and  the most Hi tech in digital capital of the world. What does make the two countries so much different like day and night ?  Just wonder if it is possible , let the government of North Korea run the south Korea and then let the  government  of South Korea  run the North Korea for 4  years just what would happen to these two countries . Could any one predict ? What and why does it make too  much different between the two countries?
