$320,000 for a survey. I hope it comes up with something that will eventually help the grassroot.

100.000$$$ will go for luxury car & house or land, another 100.000$$$ will go for small agent corruption, and very few will go for real invest !!!

Australians and Australia has had helped Laos and lao people ways before lao royal government collapsed and continuing helping to the current government... We owes our debt to the Australians and their government big time...
