(KPL) Lane Xang Minerals Limited on Wednesday launched a campaign urging the Lao national to apply for jobs in the giant mining project through online channel.
�Since the Lane Xang Minerals has experienced significant growth on an annual basis over recent years a number of jobs are vacant. We hold this campaign �Think of Job Think of Sepon�,� said LXML Deputy Director Viengmany Vongkhamsao.
�Applying for jobs through the internet is very convenient as you can see current vacant positions on the website of the company where applicants can experience interactive response system and change their personal information whenever they need and it is free to do that,� said Vice Head of LXML Human Resource Khamnoi Chanthavong.
Lane Xang Minerals currently employs more than 5,000 staff of which 90 per cent are Lao nationals, according to Mrs. Viengmany.
