Don't bother comparing.  They're both third world countries and have old weapons from China and Vietnam.  What's more important is the welfare of the people not expensive tanks and fighter jets.  Most third world country armies are only good at suppressing their own people, just take a look at Burmese and Thai armies for examples.

However I think that the Cambodian Army have better equipment and have much more Weapon's as Laos.Yes the Weapons are old Soviet or Chinese Weapons (BM-25)

Laos Army is strong enough to defend their Country , I know that the People in Laos are realy proud to be Laotians and

Laos need to invest more in the Military ,  laos is the biggest Opium Factory of the World. And the Army needs to stop that Drug Dealers it were positive not just for Laos even for their Neighbor's. I don't understand why the Gov. don't invest more in the Army. I think that our army is the weakest in SEA.
