Just wonder why most countries are ruling by the dictators , the living condition of the people , the economic, education system and the justice system , the development are very poor and failed even the countries are rich with oil and natural resources. Why it takes too many decades for the people to realize that the system is corrupted and is not working.
Dictatorship system is same as the Royal Kingdom system. The Royal Kingdom is ruling the country from generation to generation for ever by without the population elected to be their King or Queen, only the King to hand over the Throne to his son or daughter to take over the power and ruling the country after him.
North Korea is a clear sample of dictator system, from father to son and from son to grandson to ruling the country. Cuba was ruling from older brother to younger brother. Syria is same North Korea, Father handed over power to son to take over. Gadhafie Libya's president was planing to hand over to his older son but his luck not beside with him, he got hunt by his own people like a dog. Saddam H. of Iraq was planing for his older son take over his steps but he got hung before that time comes up.

So democracy is better system with one man and one vote than the monarchy system (King )and communist dictatorship system.
That means the leader must be elected by the people to be the government by the people and for the people that is long way to go because the people dictator and the head of the states won't give up the power that easy .
The life style of the dictator 's family Muammar Gaddafi in Luxury from stolen money of the country and the nation money while his people are living in poverty for 42 years and no different from Kim Jong il ( North Korea) while his people are starving to death and also the same in Cuba and Syria and China only the high ranking government officers and their families and their business associate are rich and have the good living condition.
Do the communist countries suppose to have the law that no one is richer than the other and one one is above the laws and no one is under the laws and every body have the same opportunity and every body are equal that what are in the communist book said. Why the communist party in China is very rich but 1billion Chinese workers are still living in poverty and earn less than $3 per day .
