LAY LAO is martial art of Lao people for long.....long time but, now it was disappeared with the time or with the end of LAY LAO master's life. LAY LAO is very serious martial art, it can kill an opponent fighter by hands, knees and elbows between 30 seconds like super power or magic.
I don't see by my own eyes only I heard the story of LAY LAO from our old generation. It's true or not no one can't prove it and non of Lao historian wrote about LAY LAO at all.
