Why can't we talk about it? Otherwise you will go missing also? Someone told me that the only way you get to work at the bank is if you know someone and then you have to pay them money about $10k and then after 6 months then you will start to get a paycheck. That is some real bullshiet you know. Lao people are so materialistic that they glamourize working at a bank. How come Laos is so fukced up?

State side. Can't live in Laos just yet, they still crazy over there. Everytime I go to visit, I come back shaking my head. Maybe I should give up on the idea of going to live there. My friend has been there 5 years now but he lives a simple life raising chickens. I have a good life here but I think about my Laosy brothers and sisters who are still kicking dirt in Laos.

Why are you so concerns about what people do for a living?

I am not really concerned about what people do for a living but rather, how they earn income so that I can get an idea of how it is to live there. If I went back there, would I be able to survive off that much income or would I need to do some corruption too. Maybe grow some opium or some shiet like that. I know people right now that just graduated from university in Laos and they have nothing to do. I ask them, so why did you go to school for then? Nothing else to do. Now have nothing else to do also but kick dirt. They are not lazy, but there is just nothing to do in Laos. Your family has to have money already so their kids work and take over the business. The only other option is to go become a beerlao girl or win the miss contest. For the guys, I don't know what they do, drink beer all day I guess.

5. Royal Lao Government sat back and allowed America to slaughter 50,000 Lao civillians who had no side in the war and didn't raise one single question to their boss white America

6. they are cowards who picked sides that had the most money (France USA)

7. Never stood up for their people at all and were catered to by whoever really ran Laos be it the CIA or France.

8. Phetsarat (who is considered a hero by most Lao) was basically excommunicated by the King when he told him not to welcome France back in after WW2.
