I run a small SaaS business, and lately, I've been thinking about outsourcing our software testing to free up internal resources. We're getting closer to a big release, and I know how easy it is for bugs and usability issues to slip through when you're too close to the product.
Have any of you used software testing outsourcing services before? I’m especially curious about how reliable they are when it comes to catching both functional bugs and UI issues that actual users would notice. We’re not a huge team, so we can't afford to let stuff slip past QA.
I recently came across this service that does a web health check and other types of QA: https://www.testing4success.com/services/webhealthcheck.html. Has anyone used them or something similar? I'm trying to figure out what to look for and what to avoid.
Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences—good or bad.
