This person posted this video to scare Laos people. He is not a patriot, but a agent of propaganda to scare Laotian in Laos and abroad.

He is either a agent of former Laos government or a Thai/Isan agent. He is saying. Its better to be Thais or bring back the Monarchy (because they are broke), and give up your Laos heritage or else Laos will belong to Vietnam.

The video was made in English, but he dubbed it to Vietnam for his propaganda purposes.
