NO!! It is not in Southern part of Laos.  It is up north in Luangprabang.

YES!!! I'm 1000% sure is in LPB.  I guess you can't read Lao? LOL   Khon gerd ma kun arn nung seu bor pen sum va pen khon ta bord..   this is one of lao proverb  hahahhah  kun bor kaow jai la soy bor dai der sa hai..

I never been in LuangPhabang even I stay here for 3 yrs already. nice place huh. many people talk about that.
