The best way is learning it in the proper way, I saw english text books in TALAT XAO Vientiane shopping center, to write english correctly you must learn english grammar, when you understand grammar then you will write english correctly. Say....U wanna improve your writing skill huh..?
It's simple.....Take some classes, and I mean take a writing class. Better yet, it's a technical writing class. That's what I did b4 in Community College and it takes only 6 months. You need not be BA, BS or MBA etc. to be able to write intangible English.
All u need to do is keep it short & simple, so it's easier 4 the readers to understand.
As you can see mine up top here. They're very short form & I like to keep that way.
Look....I'm not perfect. Nobody is. At least I know my writing is better than b4.
The thing is....It's easy to catch somebody's mistake, but can u correct it?
P.S.... Keep reading more, more from your work place in short articles, newspapers etc.
Last but not least, When u start ur new sentence, try not to start with conjunctions such as: and, but,or,so,for,nor,yet......These are all conjunctions......right?
Have u noticed somebody's writing? In one sentence contains about 10 and, and,and and.....so on....It's hard to comprehend, so ambiguous sentence.
