Hello! How can I get 4.5 or more in IELTS?

There's gonna be an IELTS test on April for candidates who wanna go continue their studies in Australia. My friend invited me to join the test with him.. and I've always wanted to go to Australia.. but I know the IELTS isn't easy for lao student like me. Can u give me some advices of how to get the high score in that?
